If you purchase a CPAP mask from CPAPsupplies.com and you’re not completely satisfied, you can get a new mask with no hassle. For this process, you can apply the amount spent on the original mask towards a replacement mask of equal or lesser cost; if the replacement mask has a price difference from your original mask, you can pay a difference (if applicable). Please note: this applies to full mask purchases and cannot be applied to any other products. The use of our 30-day Mask Guarantee to receive a replacement mask is only applicable once per purchase.

We can also catch you up on the latest CPAP mask fit education and compliance standards if needed.

In the case that your new mask is not of equivalent price as your old one, we can adjust your receipt.
